What makes ZYN different & why should I drink it?

ZYN products are made with Curcumin from Turmeric. Curcumin is one of the most important bio-active ingredients in Turmeric and is known to provide Turmeric’s potential health benefits. One gram (1000 mg) of Turmeric may only contain 2%-6% Curcumin. We have taken the guess work out of Turmeric’s potential healing power and have created ZYN using Curcumin. Furthermore, Turmeric is not readily absorbed by the human body when taken alone. ZYN's Proprietary Blend, (patent pending), contains Piperine. Piperine is an extract of black pepper. Piperine may increase the absorption of Curcumin by 2000% according to academic and scientific research. All our drinks contain simple, clean ingredients. ZYN drinks are low in sugar and calories…the ideal Refreshment with Benefits.

How much water should be mixed in with the Daily Wellness Drink Mix

Good question. We recommend pouring your Daily Wellness Drink Mix in your reusable water bottle first, then filling it up with 16-20 ounces of cold water. Shake well before drinking. Give it a try, and add more water if preferred. Make sure to shake in between sips!

What is the difference between Curcumin & Turmeric?

Turmeric is a rhizome (root) perennial plant of the ginger family. Curcumin is an orange-yellow, bio-active ingredient in turmeric and is one of the most widely researched component of Turmeric and its associated health benefits. According to academic and scientific research, Curcumin is responsible for most of Turmeric’s potential health benefits.

Are there any side effects to consuming Curcumin?

Turmeric, thus Curcumin, has been consumed by many cultures over centuries as part of their daily diets. If you have any medical conditions, please consult your healthcare provider before consuming.

What makes your ingredients great?

We have sourced our ingredients from farmers and partners that are socially responsible. Our main ingredient, Turmeric (from Curcumin), comes from farms that are run on Solar Power energy, thus reducing the carbon foot print and contributing to a healthier planet. What is Piperine?

Piperine is a white crystalline alkaloid and the natural active ingredient in black pepper. Piperine gives pepper the spice you taste and also has notable health benefits. Piperine aids your body in nutrient absorption. With many spices such as Turmeric, your body absorbs only a small amount of what you ingest. However, Piperine increases the level of nutrients your body can absorb from the spice. Research suggests that Piperine improves brain and gut health and helps to further reduce inflammation in the body. For these reasons, Piperine is an integral ingredient in ZYN’s holistic wellness products.

What research is available on Curcumin?

Almost 40,000 scholarly articles, scientific and medical research studies have been published on Curcumin (from Turmeric). 235 clinical studies (90 studies in the U.S.) have been conducted (or are in process) to date. Research suggests that Curcumin can help with antiviral activity, the management of oxidative and inflammatory conditions and arthritis, muscle recovery and many other health conditions.

How much Curcumin is in each serving of ZYN?

Whether you are consuming a ZYN beverage or drink mix, all of our products contain 200 mg of Curcumin. 200 mg of Curcumin is roughly equivalent to 4,000 mg to 10,000 mg of Turmeric. We have taken the guess work out of Turmeric and have used Curcumin since it’s the root of the harmonizing benefits of Turmeric.

Is this easier on the stomach than the pill form of Turmeric?

We start with a highly bio-available Curcumin (from Turmeric), then add Piperine to further boost absorption compared to just taking a pill. We wanted to create a delicious drink to make it easily ingestible for everyone, even our kids enjoy it!

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom or the United States via DrinkZYN.com. We are working on shipping internationally though, so hold tight! We appreciate your patience and interest :)
